For my 14th birthday which was october 4th, my mother flew me from georgia to new york to see donnie on the today show and regis and kelly.

I got to meet and speak with him and he asked me where I was from, and I tell him georgia..

And he goes you came all the way from georgia? Why would you want to do that??

so I tried to explain to him that he was my idol and that my mom brought me there so see him. He just looked at me.

Then he had to go so he could get to regis without being late, But he told me if I met him again outside regis that he would take a picture with me, because we dident have time before, so I couldent resist giving him a quick hug before he was rushed away.

So I waited outside of regis for him.. and without a doubt he came out and i walked up to him, and my mom took a picture of me hugging him, and him looking almost amused with me... my mom told him it was my birthday (i had told her before we got there to keep her mouth shut!) So he told me happy birthday and quickly signed something for me, then before I knew it, he was gone.

I dont really remember where he went, or how, but I was still shocked I had met donnie wahlberg... my idol and role model, I still hope to get to meet him again, and get to talk longer.
