JEN: I noticed that you and Donnie both grew up in Dorchester..did y'all know each other growing up?

GLENN: I met Donnie in the beginning of NKOTB, right before they released their first album. I probably had one of the first copies of their first tape, and I would drive around Dorchester blasting it on my car radio. We lost touch for years after that. Then we reacquainted on the set of Southie. Two years later I moved to Los Angeles and ended up working out at the same gym as Donnie. That's when we solidified our friendship, and have been friends ever since.

JEN: Why did you decide to become an actor?

GLENN: Really, it was Donnie who influenced me to go for it. I always wanted to be an actor as a kid, and seeing Donnie, a kid from my neighborhood do it, inspired me to pursue my dreams.

JEN: What are the current projects you are working on?

GLENN: I recently did a couple of guest starring roles for television. I played Larry on Passions, and returned to VIP playing the role of Tommy Two Face. Also I am in the process of getting my screenplay produced.

JEN: I noticed on your Official Site that you had written a screenplay. What is it called?

GLENN: Gone 'Til November

JEN: What kind of screenplay is it? (for tv, movie, play, etc.)

GLENN: It is for theatrical release (movie) possibly cable (HBO)

JEN: What kind of genre is it? (drama, comedy, musical, etc.)

GLENN: Drama. Mostly based on my life growing up in Boston and the obstacles I overcame to be where I am now in life. I believe it will inspire a lot of people.

JEN: Any idea when it might be released to the general public?

GLENN: Not for some time, I have to get the financing together to get it made.

JEN: What has been your favorite project to work on and why?

GLENN: Diamond Men.

How often does someone get to work at doing something they love and with the person who actually inspired them. To go all the way from Dorchester to Living in Los Angeles and ending up on a movie set working with Donnie was definitely my favorite experience.

JEN: What has been your favorite character to play and why?

GLENN: Jerry Edwards on NYPD Blue because it was my first big break after moving to Los Angeles, and it was the moment I proved to my self that I could hang with the big boys.

JEN: Who has been your favorite actor/actress to work with and why?

GLENN: Donnie. He is very creative on the set and not afraid to take chances. And he is usually right.

JEN: What made you decide to do "Diamond Men"?

GLENN: Donnie showed me the script early on and said there was a role I might be right for. I read it and I liked the script, the people involved, and my character. Donnie couldn't just give me the part but he was able to get me an audition with the casting company. They wanted me, and I wanted to do it. It was an easy decision.

JEN: How would you describe your character in "Diamond Men"?

GLENN: I don't know. How would you describe him? Actually, he is your basic two-bit thief with a short fuse, looking for the big score. Unfortunately the big score always ends up to be trouble and not much of pay off for him.

JEN: How would you describe "Diamond Men"?

GLENN: Warm, funny and intense. I love the unfolding of the relationship between Bobby and Eddie. And in the end, well, I don't want to give the end away.

JEN: What do you think of Donnie as an actor? As a person?

GLENN: As an actor he is under-rated. The roles that he has done haven't even scratched the surface of what he is capable of doing. I look forward to watching his work. As a person, I will say that as much as his fans and the rest of the world love him, to know him is to really love him. He is someone that I am proud to call my friend.
