Episode Synopsis: When a posse of armed burglars dressed as cowboys kidnap Teresa (Lana Parilla), demanding that she save the life of one of their fallen comrades, Detectives Stevens (Donnie Wahlberg) and Smith (Mykelti Williamson) track the robbery suspects' movements in the hopes of saving the young paramedic's life. Meanwhile, officers Turcotte (Jason Gedrick) and Hechler (Gary Basaraba) keep the streets safe for pumpkin owners as they scour the city for a gang of jack-o-lantern thieves, and DDA McNorris (Neal McDonough) and his wife (guest star Kelly Rowan) enjoy the hospitality of a Hollywood producer at a local Halloween bash.
