Episode Synopsis: DETECTIVES END A THREE DECADE MANHUNT FOR A COP-KILLER Tipped off by a third strike felon looking to avoid a lifetime behind bars, Detectives Stevens (Donnie Wahlberg) and Smith (Mykelti Williamson) end a 26-year-old manhunt for the cop-killer "Chimera" (guest star) - who along with fellow anti-capitalist radicals stormed a Los Angeles bank, killing the partner of famed detective Paul Turcotte (guest star). The sudden resurgence of the case forces officer Turcotte (Jason Gedrick) to rehash his childhood memories of the shooting and the effect it had on his father. The arrest validates Andrea's (Nina Garbiras) five year struggle to free Kevin Van Horn (guest star) the unwitting accomplice originally convicted for the slaying as well as bring to light the first encounter between the Tribune reporter and DDA McNorris (Neal McDonough).
